We take your safety and the safety of our employees very seriously. As the COVID-19 situation is changing daily, we stand ready to adapt quickly as circumstances demand.
The health and safety of our customers, kitchen and delivery staff is extremely important to us. Suburban Food Service has been closely following updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local public health officials.
Please be advised we are not are not a restaurant and have no public access. Food safety is our top priority. Suburban Food Service has a ServSafe certified manager on duty at all times. Our managers are trained to monitor their staff for health concerns and make appropriate staffing decisions to ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
Our delivery staff are handed the food outside the kitchen. Delivery staff will drop off at your front door and notify you with a phone call or doorbell. This is designed to minimize any random interactions.
We are continually monitoring this situation and will adjust our operational procedures as required.
